Customer Service and Administration Coordinator

Founded in 1999, Industrie is now an institution in Australian men’s clothing. We focus on producing modern, practical, affordable and instinctively masculine clothing for every man. Our commitment to quality is paramount and we pride ourselves on sourcing the best fabric and trims from around the world.

Industrie now has over 100 retail stores across Australia & NZ retailing through Industrie stores as well as concession locations in Myer & David Jones.


About the role

This role is a true all-rounder role and is designed to drive our brand experience through superior customer service support, compliance monitoring across all levels of management, wholesale assistance, reception assistance and retail administration report.

Reporting to the General Manager of Retail and Operations, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Responding to and resolving phone and email customer service enquiries
  • Manage all Head Office Communications to stores relating to sales, stock, VM and marketing
  • Monitor and review all Regional Manager's store visits to ensure all stores are frequently visited
  • Monitor and review security compliance of all stores
  • Provide Reception cover when needed
  • Provide key administration support to the Retail team
  • Expense management and  purchase orders for all retail related invoicing
  • Organise and coordinate retail events including product training nights, VIP events and Xmas parties
  • Supports the effective management of Sales, VM and running of our wholesale business in partnership with the relative department store.

About you

  • You have a minimum 1 year of Retail Management and understand the importance of customer service 
  • Experience in a concession environment is desirable
  • You're an all-rounder and have the ability to multi task 
  • You get Retail and understand what it takes to support our important Retail teams
  • You're organised and have a track record of working towards deadlines
  • Are self-motivated, proactive and goal focused 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel 
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You want to be in an environment that is forever changing and growing
