Our client is a successful and progressive software firm who are a well known leader in their field. This is an enormously exciting opportunity to join their team in this newly created role.

The perfect person for this position will be someone who thrives on being the 'go to' person for all Office Operations.  You will be the first point of contact for visitors to the office (clients, suppliers, international visitors) as well as internal staff so a friendly and helpful disposition is essential.

Reporting to the HR Manager your main responsibilities will include:-
  • Managing company travel and accommodation
  • Liaising with building landlord for access, security and car parking
  • Organising contractors such as air conditioning, company plants, water machines etc
  • Proactively managing stationery and kitchen stock 
  • Coordinating room bookings, set up and meeting catering
  • Coordinating office cleaning, recycling, waste and shredded material removal
  • Managing mail and couriers
  • Sourcing, pricing and evaluating new office equipment for approval
  • Assisting with / taking lead on company facilities projects including office refurbishments and an upcoming office move
  • Looking after general office maintenance ensuring the office is kept to a high standard at all times
To succeed in this role you need to have:
  • Prior experience in an Office Management role (minimum 1-2 years)
  • Initiative to own you own areas of work
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills and personal presentation
  • Adaptability to changes
  • Speed and accuracy in your work and be able to work to deadlines
  • A team based attitude
