Our growth focus for Sydney means we need to increase our recruitment effort and as such we are looking for an experienced Recruiter to augment our capabilities in Sydney on either a part time or full time basis.
Fundamentally the focus of the role is to identify, engage and hire talented and professional Software Developers, Team Leaders and DevOps consultants for our Sydney team, and assist with Melbourne recruitment as capacity dictates
This includes the full end to end recruitment process; from sourcing candidates, reviewing CV’s from recruitment agencies to shortlisting for interviews, coordinating interviews between candidates and Senior/Technical Shiners, co-interviewing with Senior/Technical Shiners, through to offer acceptance and induction into the business.
You will also help maintain relationships with recruitment agencies as well as with select universities (where we assist in running events for direct Graduate recruitment)
Have experience in the end to end recruitment process. From posting ads, searching the passive market, phone-screening, interviewing and making the offer, right through to onboarding our new starters. Even better would be experience gained recruiting in a technical/development environment.
Have a strong attention to detail and are not averse to administrative tasks
Are comfortable working in a busy role that will require a lot of self direction
Have a warm and engaging style that will allow you to easily build relationships with candidates, new starters and existing team members
