My Client has been established over 30 years and is an industry leader in the progressive world of digital solutions and new digital technologies.  Here is your opportunity to be the primary and pivotal support person for their team of Designers and Project Managers who specialise in the creation and delivery of apps and digital advertising solutions.  The position offers the opportunity to travel once to twice per year for interstate events and a friendly, professional and well established team-oriented work environment.  

If you pride yourself on your sense of initiative, ability to liaise with people at all levels and first class organisational skills, you will thrive in this position with responsibilities including:
  • General office support - answering phones, organising mail & couriers, managing stationery and kitchen supplies and general 'PA' style support to the MD such as organising travel and preparing correspondence
  • Event Management - organising venues for digital seminars, organising invitations, managing RSVPs, event logistics and tracking expenses
  • Supporting the Sales Team - processing internal sales documents such as media confirmations and artwork specs, SalesForce database management, preparing and issuing invoices and organising sales materials
  • CRM Management (SalesForce & Zoho)
  • Marketing & Production Support - coordinating promotional materials, submitting materials to the studio
  • Client liaison as required
To be considered you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a support role, preferably supporting Sales & Marketing teams.  Whilst training is provided in all aspects of the position previous experience using SalesForce (in particular) will be highly regarded although is not essential.  Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office are preferred.

Other software used in the position includes Xero, EventBrite, Zoho (CRM) & MailChimp - training can be provided in all.

This is a Monday to Friday position perfect for someone looking for a secure and long term career opportunity. Flexible start and finish times may be negotiable for the right candidate.
