You will be an excellent organiser and communicator with a proactive, positive and friendly attitude both by phone and electronic communications. 

You will have the multi-tasking ability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment.

A motivated attitude to get in and get the job done with a keen eye for detail is a must.

Contract Administrator responsibilities Include:

  • Client, internal and external business relationship contact and support from expression of interest up to and including post care of clients

  • Ability to liaise with solicitors and property developers, marketers and vendors

  • Negotiate contract terms, variations and execution with internal and external business partners

  • Review and update existing contracts administration portal

  • Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met

  • Maintain organized system of physical and digital records

  • Attend weekly meetings and provide updates on all progress of clients

Experience and skills required:

  • Experience working in a similar environment - contract and client support related

  • Exceptional computer literacy

  • Highly developed organisational skills

  • A meticulous and thorough nature

  • An ability to work to tight deadlines

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to build strong relationships with people

  • Loyalty and a high level of confidentiality

  • Demonstrate a firm focus on customer satisfaction and retention

  • Strong work ethic and must be a positive person

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and also individually

  • Additional hours may be required at times. 

Experience in a similar role working for a financial services, a building firm/ property group or similar is a must.

This role is 20 hours per week permanent part time on salary.
