About You

You will have proven experience in a property acquisitions role or similar and can build rapport easily with our internal and external partners.

You will be an excellent organiser and communicator with a proactive, positive and friendly attitude both by phone and electronic communications. 

You will have the multi-tasking ability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment.

A motivated attitude to get in and get the job done with a keen eye for detail is a must.

Attributes and Skills

  • Passionate about property investment

  • Exceptional sales skills

  • Experience in business development or account management role

  • Impeccable approach to Customer Service

  • Excellent knowledge on the property market

  • Exceptional presentation skills, determination and the drive to exceed client’s expectations and business performance requirements. 

  • Strong communication, negotiation & objection handling skills

  • Strong in prospecting, nurturing, networking and presenting

  • Experience selling House and Land Packages and new property to both First home buyers & Investors 

  • Knowledge of PIA and SMSF would be advantageous

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends is a must

  • A demonstrated ability to meeting targets and KPIs

The Role

  • Liaise with Property Specialists, Consultants and affiliates in a timely manner assisting them with all their clients’ needs in relation to sourcing and acquiring appropriate property stock.

  • Provide ongoing support and first-class customer service to all stakeholders

  • Maintain, Strengthen and manage our existing national network of affiliate partners

  • Establish, grow and build new affiliate relationships

  • Liaising with suppliers – developers, builders and property investment suppliers.

  • Reporting on business activity and KPIs

  • Be the ambassador for the division

  • Work with the admin team to ensure property is marketed and listed correctly

  • Base Salary with commission/ bonus upon achieving KPI’s and targets
