You will have proven experience in a property acquisitions role or similar and can build rapport easily with our internal and external partners.
You will be an excellent organiser and communicator with a proactive, positive and friendly attitude both by phone and electronic communications.
You will have the multi-tasking ability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment.
A motivated attitude to get in and get the job done with a keen eye for detail is a must.
Attributes and Skills
Passionate about property investment
Exceptional sales skills
Experience in business development or account management role
Impeccable approach to Customer Service
Excellent knowledge on the property market
Exceptional presentation skills, determination and the drive to exceed client’s expectations and business performance requirements.
Strong communication, negotiation & objection handling skills
Strong in prospecting, nurturing, networking and presenting
Experience selling House and Land Packages and new property to both First home buyers & Investors
Knowledge of PIA and SMSF would be advantageous
Availability to work evenings and weekends is a must
A demonstrated ability to meeting targets and KPIs
Liaise with Property Specialists, Consultants and affiliates in a timely manner assisting them with all their clients’ needs in relation to sourcing and acquiring appropriate property stock.
Provide ongoing support and first-class customer service to all stakeholders
Maintain, Strengthen and manage our existing national network of affiliate partners
Establish, grow and build new affiliate relationships
Liaising with suppliers – developers, builders and property investment suppliers.
Reporting on business activity and KPIs
Be the ambassador for the division
Work with the admin team to ensure property is marketed and listed correctly
Base Salary with commission/ bonus upon achieving KPI’s and targets
