As the face of the organisation and the first point of contact for a myriad of clients, your enthusiastic  and engaging personality will set you in great stead in providing support to both clients and internal stakeholders.

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience managing multiple diaries
  • Strong administration experience across all aspects of a high functioning business
  • Managed the effective running of a business- including all operational needs of the business
  • Provided strong customer service and communication to external stakeholders
  • Strong event management and project management skills
  • Previously worked with a CRM

 

Your duties in this role will include:  

  • Management of multiple diaries
  • Client communication across a plethora of mediums inclusive of- emails, phone and text message
  • Meeting and greeting of clients inclusive of all reception duties
  • Ensuring all meeting rooms are maintained at a high standard
  • Event coordination
  • Preparation of all documentation for management and weekly meetings
  • Management of the CRM
