As a Sales Consultant, you are our first contact with prospects who have expressed interest in our services. It is your role to help educate clients on how the Cluey platform works and how students can benefit from the cutting edge of learning technology. You will be our subject matter expert, problem solver and educational superstar. We know that learning changes lives – and it’s the Sales Consultant role that helps get it all started.
  • Contact prospective clients that have expressed interest in Cluey Learning - No Cold Calling!
  • Discover the needs of prospective clients and effectively communicate the benefits of our services.
  • To enrich the lives of students and their families by providing a truly exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage your pipeline in Salesforce to ensure we properly follow up with prospects and enrolments.
  • Plan to outperform on key performance metrics to deliver for you and our customers.
Our Sales Consultants represent the Cluey brand and ensure customer engagement through a seamless, flexible and easy to use student activation process.
What we are looking for:
  • Ability to consult with prospects through the full sales cycle.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work some evenings/weekends.
  • Passion for working within a team that is making a difference in the lives of our customers.
  • CRM experience is ideal.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
