Responsibilities and experience required:

  • Working with builders and home owners to schedule the installation and regular maintenance of their lift / elevator
  • Experience in accounts, scheduling / rostering in construction, customer service is an advantage

 

Successful candidates will need the following:

  • An eye for detail
  • The ability to confidently communicate is important, must be well-spoken (clear and concise), polite and not a pushover
  • Remain calm under pressure, because pressure can happen occasionally
  • Strong organisation and having the ability to follow up on tasks that are not complete is critical, at times you will be juggling many tasks at once
  • Problem solving and ability to adapt to changes on the fly – appointments can be delayed; alternative arrangements will need to be made
