Compliance and Training Administrator

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic administrator to join our QA and Training Team based at the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research, located in Nedlands. 

As our Compliance and Training Administrator, you will provide effective and efficient administrative support to our QA and Training team and work across the following areas:

Training

  • preparing for and organising Induction Training for all new staff
  • management of employee training records and files.
  • manage and maintain an up to date electronic learning management system for all staff

Quality Management System

  • support the QA team in maintaining up to date files, registers, logs and other associated QA documentation
  • involvement in preparation for internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.

Archiving 

  • maintain and manage Linear's archiving register, performing QC checks as required.

 

Your Experience and Attributes.

To succeed in this role, you will be able to demonstrate your skills, experience and success in the following:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a professional business environment 
  • Experience working within structured and regulated business and quality systems. 
  • Strong attention to detail and a meticulous nature
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Computing and administration skills – including proficiency in Google apps and Office tools. 

Ultimately, we are seeking a motivated individual, with a mature and positive attitude who personally connects to Linear’s vision and is driven by getting things right. This is a busy role but you will be working with and supported by a cohesive and knowledgeable team.

The Compliance and Training Administrator role is full-time 12 month fixed term position with the possibility of extension.
