Our client is a leading provider of maintenance services to commercial offices and building facilities nationwide. With over 10,000 sites around Australia here is an opportunity to join their fun and dynamic team in a fast pace environment which offers great job satisfaction and career progression.

Your main responsibility will be assisting with preparation and presentation of bids and proposals.  This involves liaising with management and internal colleagues to collate information and pricing.  You will ensure that all processes and documentation is of a high professional standard, compliant and in accordance with company guidelines. 

To be considered you will be a motivated and highly organised person who thrives in a support position and enjoys working to processes.  You will have competent computer skills in MS Word & Excel with excellent written skills.  Minimum 1-2 years office administration experience is required.

The company is located on the North Shore and salary guide is $60,000 + Superannuation (negotiable depending on experience).  Full training will be provided.
