Chef De Partie - Menu Development

Stix Catering group is an industry leading provider of a diverse range of catering services including high-end airline catering, corporate catering. tailored private events and produce farming.

We are currently searching for an extraordinary CDP to join our Menu Development team based in Marrickville. This is a great opportunity for a creative and skilled chef looking to progress in their career.

Responsible for running and maintaining your own section, managing food and labour costs with the head chef. 

The successful candidate will have:

  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Commercial Cookery Cert IV or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a CDP 
  • Must have excellent industry experience and culinary abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full Australian working rights
