Client Relationship Manager
This newly established yet rapidly expanding online technology business is backed by one of the biggest in its industry.  Their dynamic team are based in modern and centrally appointed CBD offices and are a fast-growing subsidiary of a much larger National organisation.  This is the perfect time to join them on their ongoing journey to inevitable success!  

With clients in the legal and property sectors, the position entails working with clients to ensure they are on-boarded, trained and consistently using the system to its maximum potential therefore contributing to client retention and long term customer loyalty. 

Responsibilities include: 
  • On-boarding new clients
  • Ensuring the platform is being used by clients through active monitoring of usage statistics and devising action plans to address usage issues
  • Recording detailed information for calls requiring further escalation
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services
  • Proactively interacting with your portfolio of clients via phone, email and webinar training (no on the road)
  • Communicating promptly, clearly and accurately with clients and other teams
  • Providing client support to resolve escalated calls from Help Desk
The ideal person for this position will have a passionate and dynamic approach to managing business relationships along with exceptional presentation skills.  You will have a minimum of 5 years prior experience in customer service / account management / client relationship management role(s) and be a professional and engaging communicator who is eager to move forward in the exciting world of Technology. In addition you will be a true team player with excellent attention to detail and a friendly and patient disposition.

Experience in a similar Account Management or Client Relationship / Client Success position within the technology sector is ideal (however not essential). Any prior exposure to the property or legal sectors is also highly desirable.

Remuneration guide for the role is $65K - $85K (package inc. Super) + $10K OTE bonus.  Staff Benefits are many and include full platinum gym membership!
