We offer the services of Plan Management and Support Coordination to NDIS participants.
 
Plan Management makes it easier to manage NDIS funds by freeing our customers from the time-consuming daily admin tasks and keeping them up-to-date on their expenditure.
 
Support Coordination with Plan Partners involves working closely with our customers to understand their needs and goals, connect them with people and services who can contribute meaningfully to achieve unique goals as we help navigate through the complexities of the NDIS.

Your Role ...
You will join the business at an important time as we look to both consolidate our growth achieved so far and continue to expand our business in order to meet future growth ambitions and support more NDIS participants with our services. 
 
As the Head of Relationship Management - NSW you will be responsible for liaising with other businesses, organisations and establishing strategic partnerships. You will constantly monitor new developments in the sector and look for innovative ways to work together in order to support more people bringing their NDIS plans to life.
You will play a key role in the growth of Plan Partners' Plan Management and Support Coordination service across NSW. You will work in close collaboration with the National Head of Partnerships and Senior Leadership Team in the ongoing development and implementation of the business strategy, and the attainment of business targets. 
 
Success is...
  • Experience working in a B2B relationship environment
  • A demonstrable track record of securing major accounts and exceeding sales targets within B2B markets
  • Ability to manage strategic and complex sales opportunities, working with internal and external stakeholders to close the deal
  • Ability to deal with stakeholders and customers at all levels and translate stakeholder and customer needs into a complete service solution
  • Experience and connections in the health, health insurance or disability sectors
  • Understanding of the disability sector and NDIS legislation, rules and regulations
  • Current Motor Vehicle Driver's Licence and a good driving record
