About the role 

This role will be responsible for driving NPD across our Cereal & Snack manufacturing sites. You will be responsible for all areas of product launch, working with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful launches.

This exciting and dynamic role will:

  •  Develop and implement product strategies consistent with Company vision;
  • Collect and analyse feedback from key stakeholders to shape requirements, features and end products;
  • Develop product strategies and road maps to meet business objectives;
  • Coordinate cross functional teams;
  • Manage the full NPD life cycle; and
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timings are met, leading NPD meetings with all departments. 

About you 

This role requires you to be flexible, proactive, a self starter and someone who can see the bigger picture. You will have strong commercial acumen, the ability to think creatively with a strong understanding of the industry and FMCG.

Additionally, you will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager;
  • Proven experience in product lifecycle management with the FMCG industry;
  • High levels of tenacity and resilience, with a results orientated mentality;
  •  An excellent ability to analyse numbers and take a recommended course of action; and
  • A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, manage your workload successfully, and work well in a team environment.
