Customer Relationship Consultant - South Hobart

You will be the first point of contact for the South Hobart care home, responsible for a busy Front Office/Reception Desk, greeting families, contractors and other visitors.
Your responsibilities will also include general administration duties with a strong customer service focus. You will be an excellent administrator with a warm and positive outlook. You will have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills and a proactive and solution focused approach. You will work closely with Care Home business administration team to ensure the home is running efficiently. You will thrive in a busy and dynamic environment, with a passion for excellence in customer service.

 

About the Role

Working with the business administration and management team, you will provide an extensive range of administration support to the Care Home while ensuring exceptional service to our residents, their relatives and our staff. You will be responsible for resident administration including enquiries and admissions. 

Successful candidates will have:

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration (desirable) or equivalent experience 
  • Experience in a complex administration role
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • The ability to work well in a fast paced environment
  • Confident in using Microsoft suite of applications and electronic systems
  • Outstanding customer service skills
