Graduate Process Safety Professional

Applications are invited for the position of Graduate Process Safety Professional to join the MSF Sugar team. This position is located at our Tableland Mill, which is approximately 25km west of Mareeba on the Atherton Tablelands and 70km west of Cairns.

The role is responsible for definition, execution, and ongoing management of all process safety systems including change control and governance in compliance with industry standards, codes and applicable governmental regulations as required and critical control compliance. You will support the operation and maintenance of the Safety Management System, driving process safety improvement and the development of operating procedures at the mill and cogeneration plant.  

The incumbent is anticipated to be involved in the day to day operations of the business across farming and milling, providing general safety advice to operational employees.

The ideal candidate will have in depth knowledge of process safety management, risk management, risk facilitation and analysis (PHA/HAZOP/QRA/Functional and SIL Assessments) and consequence modelling.
