Project Officers

We are currently looking for suitably experienced Administration personnel / Project Officer for an immediate start within an NT Government Department. It is essential you have good computer literacy in word, excel, outlook and data base software. Attention to detail, accuracy and an appreciation of data integrity are critical to these positions. You must also be well presented and have good verbal communication skills. In addition to these duties, you will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating grant applications and reporting on recommendations
  • Handling public enquiries via phone or on line
  • Interpreting financial documentation to evaluate appropriate grant services
  • Following step by step processes and procedures
  • A background, in finance will be highly recommended, grant application review, detailed processing, HR or customer service would be advantageous.
