This role is filled with variety whilst working for an innovative, highly regarded and well known organisation.  Our client is looking for an outgoing and reliable administrator to help support a friendly and busy  team. You will assist the manager and wider team by providing valuable support to ensure key deliverables are met. On a daily basis you will be responsible for: 

 

This position will commence immediately on an ongoing temporary basis.

The culture is friendly, social with a flexible work environment and is close to public transport.

 

Supporting the delightful Manager, your duties will include:

  • Coordination of calendars in Outlook
  • Archiving of documents
  • Meeting room bookings
  • Responding to email queries
  • Support for meetings and events – including set up and catering requirements
  • Processing of purchase orders and requisitions
  • Document formatting
  • Preparation of welcome packs and mail outs
  • Other general admin support as required

 

This position is ideal for an organised and hardworking individual that loves to be at the heart the team. You will have strong administration experience and be comfortable working within a fast paced environment where priorities are constantly changing. You pride yourself on your ability to go above and beyond and enjoy a collaborative team environment.  Strong MS Office is essential
