OOSH Assistant - Orchard Hills, NSW

If you’re passionate about childcare, and looking for your next career move in 2019, then Camp Australia are looking for you! We are seeking new OOSH Assistants to join our great before and after school care service in Wentworth Falls. You’ll have the chance to progress your own career in childcare, and will also have the opportunity to broaden your experience and work in surrounding services which can include Holiday club!

What does a day at Camp Australia look like?

  • Assist the Coordinator in planning and organising fun activities
  • Supervise primary school aged children
  • Assist with preparation and serving of food
  • Ensure health and safety requirements
  • Engage children on a daily basis

Requirements

  • Employee Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
  • Completed Child Protection Training (CHCPRT001 or equivalent)
  • Current and valid First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates – or willing to obtain
  • Availability between Monday to Friday for shifts from 7:00am – 9.00am and 2:30pm-6:00pm. A minimum availability of three afternoon shifts per week is required
