Jr/Grad IT Support Officer

Our client, a leader in their industry providing specific legal services, is seeking an IT Graduate to join their team in a Support/Administrative capacity.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Be the first point of contact for all IT hardware and software support issues including desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, Wi-Fi, photocopiers, video-conferencing equipment, phones, etc; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, ChemDraw, Photoshop, Visio; and internally developed applications for document & case management and accounts.
  2. Ensure timely resolution of all issues including working with other teams members as required.
  3. Maintain, update, and improve their wiki for all documentation and manuals.
  4. Assist with implementing and testing new systems and equipment, including training and documentation where required.
  5. Support and train users on how to use systems and software.
  6. Maintain system configuration data, email templates, and precedents.

 

We are looking for:

  • IT qualification,
  • Hands on knowledge/experience using Microsoft products,
  • Interpersonally, an energetic and vibrant person with a willingness to learn.

 

Essential Skills & Attributes

  • Proven problem solving, troubleshooting, and issue resolution skills.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
  • Multitasking, pro-active, and an ability to use your own initiative.

 

This is a full-time permanent role and a good salary package will be negotiated for the successful candidate.
