Who we want?

We are seeking a commercially focused Principal Consultant to join our Client Solutions Team.  This role that will suit an exceptional sales professional who has a passion for high performance.   Reporting to the GM of Client Solutions, you will have outstanding relationship building skills that will enable you to drive new business generation and foster current relationships.   

One of your key objectives will be to grow our presence in various markets and we will support you by providing the necessary learning and development tools.  The successful candidate will become an expert at pitching our services and products and ultimately able to facilitate our safety culture programs to executive level professionals.

With your proven track record of generating new business, your stakeholder management skills will help you in identifying the most effective strategies to engage with our clients.   The ability to formulate and execute strategic plans for market growth is imperative to the success of this role. 

Your education experience in the Psychology field will further cement your ability to collaborate with clients on their most important and challenging strategic business issue, supporting and driving their safety culture agendas. 

The following core competencies and skills are necessary for this position:

  • A Tertiary qualification in Psychology (ideally at Masters’ level or above);
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant professional experience, ideally in safety consulting and solution design;
  • An ability to demonstrate proficiency in business development, sales and consulting and excellence in stakeholder management;
  • Proven experience formulating and executing strategic plans which optimise ROI.
  • Experience in the heavy industrial sector preferred
