People Records Officer

Reporting to the Team Leader, Payroll and People systems, we are seeking an administrator to provide support for our People Records team.  You will be responsible for the accurate processing and maintenance of human resource records using HR systems, applications and supporting processes in this large corporate environment. This is a part time temporary contract for 8 months based in our Adelaide office. We require someone for four hours a day Monday to Friday.

 

Key accountabilities include:

  • Supporting the administration of employee Contractor records in Oracle
  • Ad-hoc requests and related tasks as required

 

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks. Applicants will also possess a responsive customer-centric focus in communications with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in HR processing is desirable and exposure to Oracle HR systems will be highly regarded.
