PMO Manager

The PMO Manager owns the project / program execution governance and facilitates the implementation of the company official PMO and Program Business Management methodology in an Operations environment.

This well-known and established multi-national company which are based in Canberra are seeking an experienced and motivated PMO Manager / Lead. The company is well recognised in the sector for their level of service and process quality.

Description

  • Setup of PMO Methodology in overall delivery structure
  • Setup of Program Business Mgmt Methodology in projects / programs
  • Facilitation of continuous end-to-end project / program planning and improvements
  • Ownership of resource / capability planning
  • Facilitation of performance mgmt process setup and execution in project / program and overall CDM structure
  • Governance assurance during sales, PTA / Handover and customer contract execution phases

Profile

  • Previous experience in a Managed Services delivery team in a management role.
  • PMP / Prince certified practitioner (or equivalent).
  • Experience in establishing / delivering, internal and external Governance & Reporting Frameworks at General Manager.
  • Experience in operating in a cross functional organisation (onshore and offshore), delivering outcomes through collaboration.
  • Ability to drive & manage process improvement initiatives.
