Short term HR Administration role for small but busy HR team.

This well established, Gold Coast based company have a heavy focus on providing exemplary products and services throughout Australia. The business has very long standing associations with selected industry specialists and businesses.

Your new role
Due to a temporary gap in the team, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Administrator. You will be a team player as you may be required to assist other departments when required. This business runs a cohesive, supportive team culture.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Comprehensive HR administration Support.
  • Preparing employment contracts.
  • Preparing and completing all new starter documentation.
  • Updating employee compliance information.
  • Monthly reporting and database maintenance.
  • Assisting with the full recruitment process.
  • Scanning, filing and management of HR systems.
  • Assisting with Recruitment activities.


What you'll need to succeed

You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a varied HR administration role. You will have the ability to multi task and have a strong understanding of HR systems. Previous experience within a professional, dynamic and high volume team would be advantageous. You will be corporately presented and show strong communication skills, both written and verbal. What you'll get in return You will work alongside a small team of HR professionals who will support you with initial training on the company’s processes. This is a high volume position providing stimulation and job satisfaction to a hard working individual. Working Monday to Friday you will have the luxury of enjoying your weekends with friends and family. This role is paying a great hourly rate to the preferred candidate.
