About the Role

The Part Time Student Advisor role is the first point of contact for current students making enquiries in regards to admissions, progression, and education placements.

Duties

  • Student support via phone, web chat and emails
  • Specialised and general academic skills support
  • Liaising with University Student Services
  • Student HQ, Library Fees, Student Amenities, Association, counselling, graduation and other support services

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Previous experience within education
  • Must have a Bachelors Degree
  • Customer Service experience
  • Strong Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to self-manage
  • Attention to detail
