HR Consultant

Streamline HR provides HR and Recruitment services to SME's in the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sydney. The role offers plenty of variety without the bureaucracy and frustration of internal HR.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES

  • Recruitment Support – end to end recruitment for a variety of roles
  • HR Advice and Support – to business owners, managers and employees on anything from Award interpretations right through to full restructures
  • Managing HR Processes For Your Clients - including inductions, probation, performance reviews and terminations
  • HR Projects - designing and implementing new HR processes such as contracts, role descriptions, policies and leadership programs
  • Invoicing and Billing – tracking your time and invoicing appropriately

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

This role will suit someone who has the confidence to run their own clients, manage their time like a pro and wants to work flexible hours. You will need to be:

  • Qualified – 3+ years HR experience, degree qualified in HR and/or previous experience in a consulting role
  • Know the law – you must be able to back yourself in any situation and give quality IR advice
  • A smart-doer – taking initiative, delivering quality and showing pride in your work
  • A guru in people – a star at reading situations and people, and develop trusting relationships quickly
  • A perfectionist – able to spot mistakes, never deliver less than your best and a Microsoft Office guru

You will work proactively with the business owner to meet internal expectations around quality and delivery - but run your own clients with confidence, backed by our very strong reputation and results!
