About the Role

  • Perth location
  • 1 Casual role position available

Working in a fast-paced team environment on a client site, the role of Customer Service Team Member focuses mainly on the efficient management of both physical and electronic records in accordance with set service standards and contractual requirements.

Main Duties:

  • Mailroom
  • Reception duties
  • Records Management
  • File creations and retrievals
  • Data Entry/Admin
  • Sentencing
  • Handle and resolve phone and email enquiries
  • Ad hoc administration / duties as required
  • Some moderate to heavy lifting 

Key Requirements

  • Experience within the mailroom and Records Management field would be preferred
  • Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work well within or lead a team
  • Excellent administrative, time management and organisational skills
  • Desire to deliver and exceed client expectations
