Why this role?

KONE Australia Service business provides maintenance services to a wide range of sectors, including commercial, retail, industrial, airports, hotels, government and residential properties. As such an opportunity is open to join our Sydney Service Business (SEB) as a Business Administrator, where you will provide valued support to our sales and operations teams including our customers. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of some of the administrative function including invoicing, contracts, logistics and other associated tasks that are required to support the sales and service team.

What will you be doing?

  • Support the business line with all things admin
  • Assist with project documentation such as manuals, quality documents etc
  • Manage a high volume customer inquiries email inbox
  • Ad hoc reporting

Are you the one?

  • A self-starter with a passion for customer satisfaction, ensuring prompt and efficient service
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage tasks in an efficient and effective manner
  • Works well under increasing time pressure
  • Competent computer skills
