We are currently seeking a highly proficient and experienced Administrator to join this well know organisation during a peak time. 


To be successful for this role you must have:

  • Prior experience in accounts, primarily with SAP is required
  • Prior administration experience 
  • Excellent data entry skills with a sound knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Excellent time management skills combined with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong and accurate typing skills
  • Demonstrated capability in working independently and within a team in a deadline driven environment


Your responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Inputting large volumes of data 
  • Cross checking data for abnormalities
  • Providing customer service and administration support to internal stakeholders 
  • Accounts and checking of invoices
  • Assisting with logistics involved in organising events 
  • Other adhoc general office duties including incoming calls, filing and customer service.
