Permanent Records & Administrative Officer Vacancy for a Union based in CBD. $55,000 - $60,000 + super.

  • Records Management
  • Organising documents and managing duplicates
  • Implementation of procedures and processes
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Maintaining destruction lists
  • Organising appointments
  • General team assistance to the industrial support team

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience within records management
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High level of organisation skills
  • Demonstration of initiative and ownership
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player
