About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Federal Government Agency to engage an APS5 Property Officer. This position is located in their busy Hobart office with an initial 12 month contract with possible extensions.
  
About the Role 
The Property Officer role will be the first point of contact to staff in  regards to property and fleet matters and will need to provide high quality professional, friendly and respectful management of all enquiries and issues.

Duties
  • Provide support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide a high level of administrative support to Property Team
  • Maintain sites in accordance with Strategic Property Plan
  • Manage day-today building access
Requirements/Skills
  • Previous experience in working in a commonwealth property environment   
  • It is highly desirable that applicants have an understanding of or lived experience in the field of disability.
