Territory Manager : Petrol & Convenience

Rev Up Your Career 

Repco’s Petrol and Convenience division is currently searching for a Territory Manager to manage our Central Coast Territory (NSW). Regular travel will be required.

As Territory Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Grow the business through innovative business development and account management
  • Identify and build relationships with new Petrol & Convenience customers
  • Ensure that planograms and core range compliance are being adhered to
  • Inform customers of promotional activities at a state and national level
  • Drive incremental business sales volume with your customers
  • Meet sales budgets through a combination of face-to-face and phone based sales
  • Complete associated administrative tasks
  • Attend and participate in monthly sales meetings and training sessions

To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Proven sales/account management experience, ideally from the automotive industry or petrol & convenience industry
  • Ability to work autonomously and be a self-starter
  • Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain successful client relationships
  • Experience in dealing with small businesses and building relationships with both new and existing clients
