Part Time Telephonist

Our Citadines on Bourke Melbourne property is looking for a dedicated, committed and professional to join the team.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • An outstanding phone manner
  • Knowledge of the Melbourne CBD area
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office & strong atenttion to detail
  • The ability to be organised and work in a timely manner
  • A high level of professionalism and impeccable presentation
  • The ability to note the error in these key points

What will the role entail?

  • Answer incoming internal and external phone calls
  • Assisting with guest requests
  • Providing information to guests on services and local Melbourne attractions
  • Liaising with service providers
  • Administration associated with the Front Office department
  • Compliance with company policies and procedures
