Our client is an international organisation providing data management, strategic interoperability, and analytics platforms used in healthcare, financial services, government, and other industries.  The Australian head office is based in the Sydney CBD.

 

The Role

The company is now seeking to appoint an experienced IT professional in the role of Support Advisor.

This is quite a broad-based role which will give you an opportunity to train up in various areas with a wide variety of technologies, platforms, and skillsets.

Your role will include working with customers' development, application support, and database management teams, supporting them, training them in new technologies, and generally ensuring that their use of the client's products is maximised.

Qualifications

 

  • Experience or familiarity with programming languages
  • Proven desire to learn and to solve problems (this will be formally tested).
  • Experience with C++ is desirable.

 

This is a full-time role for an already proven individual and a competitive salary will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
