Provide Reception/Administration support to a growing Resources business located within the heart of the Perth CBD

Client Details

My client is a fast growing Resources business located in the Perth CBD. An easy commute from the Perth train station and right in the heart of the CBD, my client is looking for someone to come in on a 6 month fixed term Contract with a potential of it going to a permanent position, and provide on going admin support to the team.

Description

Within this role, you will be providing Reception and Admin support to the wider team on a basic level. Within this role, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Kitchen upkeep
  • Room bookings
  • Ordering stock and stationary
  • Reception
  • Filing support
  • Travel Coordination
  • Invoicing
  • Meeting minutes
  • Scanning and archiving
  • General Ad-hoc Administration duties

Profile

A successful applicant for this role must:

  • Have 1-2 years experience in an Admin or Reception role
  • Be a fast quick learner
  • Demonstrate proactive qualities
  • Show initiative
  • Professional presentation
  • Have the ability to speak Japanese or another language
  • Have skills on the Microsoft suite
  • Be immediately available
