Territory Manager

This role will focus on customers in the Hospitality, Aged Care & Healthcare sectors in the Gold Coast & Northern NSW area. Your role will focus on improving customers business' and lives.

As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing a specialist service with the goal of resolving our customers sanitation needs
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers
  • Visiting customer sites on a regular call cycle
  • Conducting training sessions to ensure our customers are using our solutions and equipment effectively and safely.
  • Crafting creative solutions for our customers as their industry expert on advanced cleaning and sanitation
  • Running your sales budget through complete and effective territory management
  • Assisting with growing the business by identifying new opportunities and selling add-on solutions for our customers.
  • Servicing equipment and conducting some basic repairs/maintenance if required.
  • Full training will be provided to you, based upon Ecolab’s extensive and leading training program.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience within the Hospitality/Healthcare or Food Service sectors is advantageous
  • The drive and enthusiasm to succeed and provide solutions that add sincere value to clients through the highest standards of service
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
  • A hands-on approach to providing service
  • A track record in meeting and exceeding targets
