About the opportunity

As the Manager, ICT Business Partnerships, you will be responsible for working collaboratively within Uniting ICT and across Uniting’s divisions to ensure the effective engagement between the business and the Information and Communications Technology that will underpin the Uniting business services. This will be critical in the achievement of Uniting’s strategic goals.

This is an essential role as an ICT advocate on behalf of the business for development, projects, performance, service difficulties and related matters.

This position will work in partnership with other ICT professionals and Uniting managers in implementation of enterprise-wide client engagement, client satisfaction measurement and informational strategies in a complex, diverse regional organization.

Additionally, you will work closely within the ICT team in the assessment and effective rationalisation of requirements across a diverse range of services and sites while concurrently managing relationships and expectations of a large stakeholder base.

About you

You have, in your previous roles, proven experience in service delivery management, understanding business drivers, planning and recommending technology solutions to meet required business outcomes, as well as reporting and marketing of services and the use of standards and best practice.

You have a collaborative approach, a customer service ethic, can manage a small team, and have the ability to develop and influence a change agenda with a range of stakeholders, including suppliers, staff and senior management.
