$24per hour

Working for and supporting a national organisation with the philosophy of meeting and exceeding customer's needs, this company is the forefront of its services. The Position

This successful multinational company is seeking a customer service/call centre operator with the following abilities:

• Solid Customer Service Skills

• Background within an operations customer service/call centre environment

• The ability to communicate at all levels

• A friendly courteous approach to customers

Additional Duties:-

• Responding to all enquiries via email and phone in a professional and positive manner (inbound and outbound) no cold calling

• Performing administration and office duties

• Effectively deal with customer enquiries

• Close liaison with other members of the customer service team as well as other internal

departments

Your skills -

• Internet Explorer and all Microsoft programs including (but not limited to - Word and Excel)

• Openness to learning new computer software packages

• Excellent communication skills - both written and oral good problem solving skills

• The ability to make decisions

• Experience within recent call centre or customer service environment essential

• The ability to meet targets

To be successful for the role you must have strong customer service skills, fantastic communication skills, able to work in a team, take the initiative and be a proactive worker!
