Your Role

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our head office in Kent Street. This role is responsible for providing exceptional IT service to in-house and remote users, ensuring the infrastructure is maintained at the highest standards and providing level 1-3 Desktop, Server & Network support. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring, managing and resolving IT service desk requests (All levels support)
  • Assist with server/ Network support
  • Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, TCP/IP, ADFS
  • Office 365, Exchange 2010, SQL 2005/2008/2012, SharePoint, OneDrive
  • Experience managing Citrix Farm & NetScaler
  • Experience using Microsoft and Linux operating systems
  • WAN experience with Cisco and FortiGate
  • Experience using VMware ESXi and Veeam B&R
  • Patch management and security
  • Infrastructure change management
  • Documentation of procedures and processes
  • Assist with IT procurement and asset management

About You

As the successful applicant you must be prepared to work flexible hours which may include occasional weekend and after-hours support, interstate and overseas travel.

To be considered for this role ideally you will have:

  • 3 - 5 years demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, common sense approach to problem solving
  • Experience engaging with 3rd party vendors
  • Experience working in a team and autonomously
  • High level of attention to detail and professionalism
