Part-Time, NDIS Operations Team

Based in our corporate office, we are excited to be recruiting a Data Entry & Administration Officer within our National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) team.

In this role you will be responsible for the data entry and processing of NDIS plan management data. You will be processing invoices through CRM and interpreting a high volume of data using the Microsoft Office suite and inputting to MYOB. In this role you will handle customer enquiries, maintain a high level of confidentiality and work closely with the NDIS team. Successful applicants will have proven experience in a similar administrative role.

Essential:

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret data
  • Proven experience handling sensitive and personal information
  • Proficient in the use of Client Management Systems, MYOB and Microsoft Office
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, enthusiastic and reliable work style
  • Highly accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload, stay organised, use initiative and multi-task
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with people on all levels and from different backgrounds
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Experience in handling customer enquiries
  • Demonstrated capacity to work independently and as a team member
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Candidates will also be required to have a working with Children's check & Police Check prior to commencement 

Desirable:

  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications
  • Understanding of the disability sector 
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Exposure to the NDIS
