Store Supervisor

Permanent Part Time

Do you have a passion for retail and providing great customer service? We are currently seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to manage a Lifeline shop in Emerald. This is a job share position on a Part Time basis. 

As part of this role you will:

  • Ensure product merchandising & store presentation is of a high standard
  • Complete inventory management & stocktaking
  • Assist Customers with enquiries and sales

What do you need to be successful in this role?

  • Previous retail experience in furniture, clothing or homewares is essential
  • Passion for retail and a genuine desire to enjoy a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • The ability to recognise potential and promote store growth
  • Be self-motivated and show initiative
  • Have a positive attitude and good personal presentation
  • Be able to provide first class customer service & demonstrate customer service relationship skills
  • Be able to work independently as well as within a team
  • Be available to work Saturdays

Remuneration

Base salary + super + salary packaging
