Governance and Reporting Advisor

About the opportunity

RPV, MTIA is seeking to engage a Governance and Reporting Advisor to join our Governance and People team. The Governance and Reporting Advisor is responsible for providing secretariat support to various project, governance and stakeholder committees. The role will also be responsible for the preparation and coordination of sensitive and strategic documentation to support the delivery of RPV projects. The role requires a combination of strategic approach to the preparation of minutes, agendas, briefings, memoranda, and other document content as well as a highly developed talent for organisation and logistical coordination.

You will be a highly focused and driven person who is passionate about contributing to the delivery of public infrastructure, working within a high-performing project team to drive exceptional outcomes. You will enjoy a fast paced, performance focused workplace where you will have the opportunity to work autonomously and as part of the team, you will able to the efficiently manage a diverse array of activities, lead and collaborate with sensitive stakeholders, to ensure outcomes are achieved.
