The Company

Our client is a large, well known organisation with strong presence in the Australian market. They currently have a unique requirement for a confident Administrator to sink their teeth into this exciting and varied role.

The Position

Reporting to the Human Resources Advisor, you will be responsible for administration to the HR Department. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with recruitment activities
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Looking after all HR inbox queries
  • Act as first point of contact for staff
  • Collation of information


The Person

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a HR Administration or HR Coordinator role, and be highly organised and confident with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced, demanding environment. PageUp experience is essential Your bright, confident personality and mature outlook will ensure your success in the assignment, along with your professional presentation and communication skills.

This is a 4 week temporary assignment, with full time hours from Monday to Friday. An attractive hourly rate is on offer.
