IT Support Officer - Granville - Permanent

IT Support Officer

My client is a national IT provider in retail sector. Their services include hardware, consumables, installation, integration, maintenance and service and acting as a one stop shop for all IT needs. 
We are looking for technically minded, well presented, energetic, can-do individuals with outstanding customer service skills.

Responsibilities
Responding to incoming customer support enquires 
Managing customer relations
Providing remote and on-site support to external customers for all their IT needs
Travel to client site from time-to-time

Requirements
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong understanding IT networking
Previous experience in an IT support or help desk role
Understanding of Windows operating systems & common software programs.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Terminal Services, Active Directory 
Full Drivers licence
Ability to travel
