Are you a Licensed Property Manager looking for a change?

We are looking for an innovative person who loves outside work, to work within a fantastic Property Management Department.

THE ROLE:

With demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, close-knit team, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Perform weekly inspections
  • Updating information on tenant cards with inspection date
  • Diary management
  • Maintenance required & suggest improvement.
  • Working with the property management team
  • Administration duties as required by the Property Managers
  • Update leases
  • Management renewals
  • Other duties as directed
  • Opening rental properties for viewing
  • Leasing agent once this person has successfully been trained in the inspection part of the role then we will incorporate the leasing of vacant properties on behalf of the entire office.

The CRITERIA: 

  • Minimum of 1 year experience preferred
  • Current Property Management Registration
  • Ability to handle all levels of property enquiries from clients, tenants & maintenance
  • Prior experience working with GEEDEE will be beneficial
  • Confidence and ability to liaise with all levels of clients/contractors
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Full "C" class driving license
  • Reliable Vehicle 
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
