Part Time Fixed Term

• Administrative Assistant

• Join the Victorian Tuberculosis Program, based at the Royal Melbourne Hospital 

• Part-time Fixed Term (32 hours per fortnight)

The Royal Melbourne is one of Victoria’s largest hospitals providing a comprehensive range of health services including acute, sub-acute, general, and specialist medical services throughout inpatient and community based facilities. We are also a proud part of the world renowned Melbourne Biomedical Precinct, working in collaboration to advance research for continuous improvement of clinical care.

We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join the Victorian Tuberculosis Program. This is a Part Time, Fixed Term position, working 32 hours per fortnight, based at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.

 

Your Opportunity:

  • Responsibility for providing administrative support for the Victorian Tuberculosis Program under the direction of the Program manager.
  • Supporting the quality and service improvement executive administration team as required.
  • Participating in supervision and professional development opportunities  

About You (Essential Requirements): 

  • Successful completion of VCE schooling is essential, higher qualifications desirable
  • Strong computer and keyboard skills, including Office suite of programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated skill and strong customer focused aptitude
