12x Inbound Customer Service | NBN | NEW Team | Interviewing NOW

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Agents to join this organisation as they revolutionise the Telcommunications marketplace. 

This unique role will see you blending your passion for customer service with technology / video gaming. 

This role will see you driving the customer experience across a multi-channel environment such as voice, social media and chat. 

Let's talk about YOU and the skills you posses;
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a call centre position
  • Strong technical background, experience with NBN or an ISP is ideal
  • Experience with social media and online chat is also advantageous
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A strong work ethic 
  • A "Can Do" attitude 
We will reward you with:
  • Above Industry pay rates
  • 4 weeks of PAID Comprehensive training

This centre operated Monday to Saturday 8am - 8pm.
