Territory Manager NSW

Purpose of role:

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, we are seeking a highly strategic and motivated individual to manage our South Sydney and Sutherland Shire territory, with regional trips to ACT and the south coast.

Your strong resilience and customer focused outlook will see you thrive in this role. You will utilize your previous experience in sales to manage our two brands; Fusion Health and Oriental Botanicals. Your highly developed business acumen skills will ensure you achieve territory revenue and profitability targets for our products as they are sold into all customer segments within the region.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Driving sales, fortifying and developing new business relationships and meeting established revenue targets.

  • Managing and monitoring key accounts to ensure customer expectations and service standards are met and to identify and maximise sales opportunities.

  • Actively identify and open new accounts within the company’s trading policy.

  • Provide regular training to update the knowledge of in-store personnel responsible for sales.

  • Service the existing client base and to confidently develop new business within your territory

Based on territory close to Sutherland Shire, you possess health qualifications with a passion for driving growth across a portfolio of leading natural health products. You have exceptional customer service skills and personable demeanour, putting the needs of the client first. 

You execute with purpose, continuously challenging yourself to grow the brands within your territory. You must be happy working autonomously, travelling interstate and into regional territories when required. You demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills.
