Our focus on quality and exceeding our customers' needs means that as a business we are continuously growing and as a result we are looking for full time and casual Call Centre Consultants to join our team.
As part of our customer service team based in Carrum Downs, Victoria, you will be providing delicious healthy meals for time poor people and those wishing to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
 
We work based on inbound calls between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 5pm Friday and have full time and casual positions available.
 
In this role, you will:
  • Provide excellent customer service to our existing and new customers
  • Provide accurate product information
  • Accurately update customer records in Customer Management System
  • Assist customers with complaints and issues
  • Focus on continuous improvement on your own and team skills
  • Be available and flexible to work between 8am and 6pm
  • Have flexibility to work some Saturdays and  Public Holidays
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and sales experience
  • Experience in Customer Management Systems/Data Bases
  • Ability to clearly articulate the benefits of products and services
  • Experience in developing a sound knowledge of a broad range of products and services
  • Proven ability to gather and record information utilising available technology and resources
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Be flexible and adaptable to change
  • Previous experience in a call centre environment preferred
